Lego Challenge (Computing)

The Lego Challenge Club is run by Miss Driscoll. Our teachers are supported by Perkins who kindly send two members of staff over to guide and support the children throughout the design and build progress. The club meet after school on Tuesdays.  This will start again in the Autumn Term 2018.

“I really enjoy Lego Club because it makes you think more about the environment and global warming. And also it’s very technical because it involves computers and robots.” said one of the Lego team!

January 2016 update:
'The Wheelie Bins' won the Peterborough Regional Heats back in December 2015. As a result of this, the team will be heading to Loughborough University on Sunday 21st February 2016 to compete in the First Lego League UK and Ireland Finals. Here the team will compete against 44 other schools from across the country, including both Primary and Secondary School pupils.
We are particularly proud of the team and their success so far and wish them lots of luck for the next stage of the competition. Good Luck!
