Look at the furry head!
It’s small, beady eyes are as black as the night sky.
The pointy ears are listening for his next meal.
Don’t move; he might see you!
Look at the powerful paws!
Those claws are as sharp as a razor.
His legs are as furry as a cat.
Listen; can you hear the padding paws?
Look at the curvy, bushy tail!
It sways and swishes from side to side.
The wagging tail tells us “stay back!”
Watch out; he’s getting closer!
Look at the way he proudly plods along.
He pushes his paws through the icy cold snow.
He moves as slow as a tortoise.
Keep still; he’s about to pounce!
