Dedication Service

This was originally planned to be part of an opening service for the new building over two years ago but because the builders went into receivership before the work was finished, the actual completion of this school was delayed and an opening service never took place.

At last the dedication by a representative of the Church of England has taken place and there is now a plaque at the front of school to show this.

It was a lovely service.  Afterwards Bishop John visited all the classrooms in turn to bless them.  Special guests included representatives from the Diocesan Board of Education, Peterborough City Council, Newborough and Borough Fen community groups, the school Governors and FONS.  Unfortunately the size of the hall limited the number of people who could be invited.
