School Communications

We try very hard to keep parents regularly informed about what’s going on at the school, however, sending paper letters home can be rather ‘hit and miss’ with letters often going astray along the way.

We are also increasingly aware of the substantial cost, time and environmental impact associated with the amount of paper and photocopying involved with this.

We therefore communicate with our parents via our MIS (Management Information System) ScholarPack. Parent/carers will receive emails from

and should ensure that this email address is added to their email address book or approved senders list to prevent messages being blocked by Spam/Junk filters.

Email is the school's main method of communication, and it is important that the school office is notified of any change in email address or when a parent/carer stops receiving emails.

ScholarPack will also be used to contact parent/carers by text message if deemed necessary e.g. in the event of a school closure.
